REUSABLE TRAYS
Disposable trays cause a huge problem whether it be increasing the amount of trash in landfill, increasing the carbon footprint with the amount of fuel it take to get to landfill, etc. And you may try to go eco-friendly by investing in "recyclable" paper trays but this is almost as bad as it doesn't get recycled and increases the cost.
