ABOUT US

The Student Climate Coalition was started in April 2019 by a few students who wanted to have broader connections to all the amazing work other students are doing in their communities. Members have worked on projects ranging from sustainable gardens, Climate Smart Communities, solar on schools, styrofoam free lunches and other initiatives throughout the Hudson Valley and Northeast regions. The Coalition is partnered with the New Jersey Student Sustainability Coalition, and supported by New Yorkers for Clean Power, the Wild Center, and the OMEGA Institute.
